What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days of placing your order, it will be reviewed, confirmed, and packed. The package will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
Germany: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by the largest postal service provider in your country.

All delivery times are subject to possible customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “Track your order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

My tracking number isn’t working

It can take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If the shipment still shows no information after a few days, please contact our customer service.
